PILLARS OF STRENGTH: LA MAESTRA RUTH
Sister
of Jovita, she
is originally from Guanajuato, but came to live in Acapulco
as a very young child, making her feel more like an
“Acapulqueña” than anything else.
She first arrived at the Marsh Children's Home
after her brother-in-law’s death, and more than
anything else, wanted to become a companion to Mamá
Jovita, and has now become a treasured member of
our family. She then assumed the role of English teacher
for the kids, and also gives great support in administration
of the office. |
